Passive modules for a wide variety of applications: 1) Transmission of field signals to the following types of plug-in connectors:
Flat-cable connectors in accordance with IEC 60603-13/DIN 41651 (RSF).
SUB-D connectors in accordance with IEC 807-2/DIN 41652 (RSSD).
SUB-D high-density connectors (RSSD HD).
ELCO (RS ELCO) connectors.
RJ45 (RS RJ45) connectors.
USB inserts (RS USB)
2) Distribution of potential (RS VERT) 3) Modules with diodes (RSD/ RDS) for checking lamps, for example. 4) RSM interfaces with 12.7 mm or 6.1 mm relays, versions 1 CO and 2 CO. With tension clamp, PUSH IN or screw connection. They all reduce the cabling in the cabinet.
Passive interfaces for signal transmission on an IEC connector equipped with a clamping-yoke or tension-clamp connection in accordance with IEC 603-1 / DIN 41651. There is a one-to-one connection between the two inserts. The product line includes male and female headers ranging from 10 to 64 poles.
Passive interfaces for signal transmission on a SubD connector equipped with a clamping-yoke connection in accordance with IEC 807-2 / DIN 41652. There is a one-to-one connection between the two inserts. The product line includes male and female headers ranging from 9 to 50 poles. These inserts have a SubD metal housing and are therefore perfect for transmitting analogue signals or for connecting shielded cables.
The RS RJ45 interface range is a simple and convenient alternative for connecting modems, routers, computers or other communication elements with existing components in electrical cabinets. They can be used to adapt the shielded RJ45 8-pole connectors to screw connections, or for coupling 2 data lines. The modules can be attached to standard TS35 mounting rails.
ELCO contacts inserts are used in electrical power plants, refineries and a variety of process applications – wherever stable and reliable signal transmission is required. The ELCO connector features both a reliable connection system and a high signal capacity. The line of RS ELCO interfaces and pre-assembled PAC ELCO cables is a specially designed solution for these requirements.
Axial components such as resistors, diodes and capacitors, can be soldered into the RSX component modules. Depending on the version, up to eight components can be soldered into our RSX modules.
Potential distributors are used in housings or electrical cabinets for arranging and distributing potentials. These interfaces can distribute between1 and 6 potential voltages (AC or DC).
