ACT20M-RTI-AO-S Configurable signal converter for PT100, 2-, 3-, 4-wire measurement.
The 6.1 mm wide ACT20M-RTI-AO-S signal converter with external power supply for converting and isolating RTD temperature signals. Input and output parameters as well as a fast conversion time of 30 ms or 300 ms can be configured via DIP switch. The ACT20M temperature converter detects sensor errors (short-circuit, cable break) and issues corresponding NAMUR signal limits at the output (configurable upscale/downscale). The input/output channel and the power supply are completely galvanically isolated with 2.5 kV.
The ACT20M product family features high accuracy of < 0.05% of the measurement range, a large temperature range of -25°C (0°C)...+70°C, outstanding EMC characteristics and international approvals (cULus, ATEX Zone2, FM Div2, GL, DNV). This permits use around the globe in a wide range of applications. The power supply can be installed easily and quickly via the CH20M rail bus. The power is supplied via any ACT20M module (up to 10 devices) or a separate ACT20 supply module (up to 200 devices).
The MAS/MAZ PT100 temperature signal isolating converter with external power supply in 6.1 mm width: for recording, transmitting and isolating 2-/3-wire PT100 sensors.
DC current signals and standardised voltage signals are available on the output side. They can be adjusted using the DIP switches. The input and outputs are designed with 0.5 kV of electrical isolation. The output circuit is used to supply 24 VDC. It can be bridged on the module side using pluggable ZQV 4N cross-connectors. The PT100 signal isolating converters have either a screw or tension-clamp wire connection.

2-/3-/4-wire PT100, PT1000, Ni100, Ni10000, Cu10/25/50/100, potentiometers or fixed resistors can optionally be connected on the input side. The input and output parameters (e.g. sensor type, temperature range and standardised output signal) can be configured using the DIP switches. The input/output channels and 24 V DC power supply are completely isolated with 4 kV.
The PRO RTD isolating transformers come with either a screw or tension-clamp wire connection. The 24 V DC supply voltage can be bridged using pluggable ZQV 2.5N jumpers on the module side. Most models can be adjusted and set using the WAVETOOL program available from Weidmüller's website.
